Alright, I'm going to try to blog again. Life is super crazy and spinning out of control right now, so I thought maybe this would keep me sane and hopefully allow me to get some thoughts down instead of keeping them all bottled up. Just a quick update because I have to run, but I'm at BYU right now, just finishing my third year. I'm leaving Utah for the first time in 2 years and going to live in Atlanta for the summer and then come back and transfer to UVU in the fall. I'm not sure what I'll be majoring in, but I'm thinking possibly about becoming a pilot?? I don't know...everything is a giant question mark right now, which is scary, but exciting all at the same time. I'm still active in church and am planning on staying that way. I'm not perfect, so I may have to face some consequences soon in regards to church, but I am just really hoping that going out to Georgia will get me away from everything and help me just relax and clear my head for a little while! Anyways, I've got to go! I hope I can get some people reading this and I hope it can help/inspire some people, and maybe they can help/inspire me as well :) I really like the quote that I have for this post's heading by Elder Oaks. It's not enough to just go to church and take the sacrament and pay your tithing and fast and pray and read scriptures, etc. The goal is to become like our Heavenly Father and we can't do that by rolling out of bed every morning and doing our checklist. We need to be involved and understand everything that we're doing and it's purpose and reason. As we understand the purpose of the things we do and are involved in, soon enough, we will understand OUR purpose as God sees it. Until next time!
